Marketplace user guide
For assistance with the Marketplace, please select one of the categories listed below. If you need additional assistance, contact us.
Create an account
To create a Marketplace account:
- Select Create an account
- Complete the registration form
- Select "Register"
- A confirmation message will appear when your registration is processed
Sign on to your account
To sign on to your account:
- Sign on to your account
- Enter the email address you registered with
- Enter the password you created when you registered
- Select "Sign On"
Reset my password
To reset your password:
- Select Marketplace Sign On
- Select "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address you registered with
- Instructions will be sent to the email address you provided to reset your password
List a practice for sale
To list a practice for sale:
- Sign on to your account
- Select "Create a listing"
- Enter requested data
- Upload up to six (6) practice photos
- Note: Non-practice imagery, including broker and vendor logos, will not be approved. Unapproved images will be deleted.
- Select "Submit"
- Your listing will be reviewed and activated within two (2) business days of submission. You will not receive notification when your listing is activated. If you cannot find your listing within two business days,
please email us at: practicefinance@wellsfargo.com.
Update expiring listing
Marketplace listings will be removed from the system permanently upon expiration.
Relist and Keep Active
- Sign on to your account
- Select "My Listings"
- Select "Relist"
Update Status; Keep Active
- Sign on to your account
- Select "My Listings"
- Select "Sold" or "Pending"
- Note: Practice sale price is hidden unless selected otherwise
- Select "Update"
Cancel and Delete Listing
- Sign on to your account
- Select "My Listings"
- Select "Delete" next to the listing to be removed
- Select "OK" in the confirmation window to proceed with deletion
Change listing status
If a practice sells or is in the process of being sold, please update your listing:
- Sign on to your account
- Select "My Listings"
- Select and update "Sold price value" or "Pending"
- Note: Practice sale price is hidden unless otherwise specified
- Select "Update"
Cancel or delete listing
You can cancel your listing at any time. To cancel:
- Sign on to your account
- Select "My Listings"
- Select "Delete" next to the listing to be removed
- Select "OK" in the confirmation window
If you receive an expiration notification and want to cancel, either:
- Follow the link in the email to log in to your account and follow the steps above.
- Do nothing. Your ad will expire and auto delete.
Marketplace listings include only information provided by sellers. Wells Fargo Practice Finance is not responsible for the property attributes or accuracy of the information. Wells Fargo Practice Finance reserves the right to refuse the publishing of any ad submitted.
